Bio: Ciara Terry is a junior Political Science major with a minor in Educational Studies at Spelman College. She joined the SLAC to continue advocating for a more just, equitable, and diversified educational system for students. Ciara hopes to curate actionable plans for opportunities and resources for Historically Black Colleges and Universities and marginalized populations that seek to continue their education in higher learning. Moreover, she is dedicated to express such struggles of minority persons and HBCU students through the political process with policy and legislation. Ciara is committed and ready to serve to change our educational systems for the enrichment and advancement of students.
