Enroll in HIP

Thank you for your interest to participate in Hope Impact Partnerships: #RealChange for #RealCollege Students! 

Hope Impact Partnerships offers three models to meet institutions where they are on their basic needs journey. All institutions are required to complete an enrollment application to ensure they are placed at the right level of partnership. 

We are excited to support your important work for your students. To indicate your interest and commitment to participating, please submit the enrollment application by May 2, 2022, 11:59 pm ET for priority consideration to save your spot. Final deadline for consideration is June 2nd, 11:59 pm ET.

Due to high interest and limited capacity, Level I partnership is open enrollment on a first-come, first-served basis. Levels II and III will be a selective process. We will communicate decisions about HIP priority acceptances (received by May 2nd) by May 25th. All other acceptances will be communicated in June.

A few recommendations as you get started with your enrollment application:

• FYI the enrollment application uses skip-logic based on the HIP Level you choose. For guidance on choosing the right HIP level and to learn more about which is best for your institution visit HERE and/or reach out to discuss at [email protected] 
• Only one form per institution should be submitted.
• The enrollment application requires either permission for or completion by an institutional leader who is authorized to approve the terms of the partnership and commit necessary resources.
• Downloadable PDF versions of the enrollment application for each level are posted below, so you can do prep work and coordinate responses with colleagues prior to beginning a submission.

Please plan to complete the form in one instance. It will take about 10-15 minutes to complete once you have the required information assembled.  It will save your progress across pages, but only if you are using the same device and browser. Therefore, the PDF versions will be important to reference as you pre-populate responses.
