Bio: Jasmine Rao is an undergraduate student at The Delaware County Community College. Originally from Philadelphia, she joined the SLAC because of her passion towards bettering the world around her, one act at a time. Jasmine brings to the Council their lived experiences with helping support a single-parent household, and strained finances, and a commitment to helping others in similar situations focus on and reach their goals.
