Nick supports both the Research and Institutional Transformation teams at the Hope Center. He is a human rights organizer with the Poor People’s Economic Human Rights Campaign and Poor People’s Army who is passionate about building class unity in order to address the immediate and long term issues humans face. Nick has a background in student leadership as Chapter President of Phi Theta Kappa International Honors Society and the Student Body at Portland Community College, Cascade Campus. He holds a B.A. in sociology from Temple University, where he also served as a representative with Temple Student Government.

Nick’s hope: To promote the basic rights of vulnerable students and educate our communities about the root issues of poverty so that we can fight forward collectively and promote #livesoverluxury.
