#RealCollege Virtual Journey 2021
The 2021 effort focused on building an ecosystem to secure students’ basic needs and to promote college attainment. Since we could not travel to be together in person, given the ongoing pandemic affecting our #RealCollege community, The Hope Center offered the #RealCollege Virtual Journey, a nine-month series designed to support the Movement with inspiration, education, and motivation.
#RealCollege 2020
The Hope Center hosted the #RealCollege Convening as a special presentation with author, journalist and documentarian Soledad O’Brien. The #RealCollege community joined a special screening and social media conversation about Hungry to Learn, which documented students experiencing food insecurity.
