Basic needs insecurity is keeping students across the Philadelphia region from obtaining college degrees. #RealCollege™ PHL aims to address basic needs insecurity with viable, effective, and sustainable approach that draw on the collective resources of higher education, community partners, and government leadership. As part of this initiative, the Hope Center provides technical assistance and related support on students’ basic needs to Philadelphia’s institutional decision-makers, faculty, staff, students, policy makers (local, state, and federal), community organizations, and advocates.
