Sahar is a Communications Specialist at The Hope Center for College, Community, and Justice. She previously partnered with The Hope Center Communications Team through Believe in Students. Prior to that, she served an AmeriCorps VISTA year working with data at YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School to support young adults in Philadelphia who are taking their second chance at a high school diploma. She’s currently working on her M.S. in Information Systems from Drexel University. She holds a B.A. in English from Temple University, where she was also on the leadership board for their chapter of She’s the First to raise awareness about the lack of educational opportunities for girls in developing countries.
