Bio: Aleina Dume is an undergraduate student at Swarthmore College. Originally from New York City, she joined the SLAC because she wants to uplift and improve the experiences that students like her have as they earn a college degree. Aleina brings to the Council her lived experiences as a first-generation, low-income student and the daughter of a single mother, as well as a commitment to creating accessible, inclusive communities.
