Bio: Catherine Cueva is an undergraduate student at Cypress College. Originally from Anaheim, California, she joined the SLAC because she wants to help inform others about food insecurity, especially on college campuses, an extension of her volunteering with a non-profit in order to provide meals to the less fortunate on Thanksgiving. She is committed to ensuring equality on school campuses and believes everyone deserves a quality and affordable education.
